EXCHANGES
The exchange process must be initiated within 5 business days of the item’s delivery. We must be notified via email within that 5 days. Once we send a reply granting the exchange the item can be shipped back to our fulfillment warehouse. Once we receive it, and it passes inspection you will receive a notification via email and issued a tracking # for the item’s replacement.
Custom Orders, Sales, Clearance, Reduced Prices, and Final Sale items CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED. Items relevant to hygiene CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED
If your item arrives and it is damaged or defective before wear please contact us immediately and we will expedite an exact item exchange or issue a store credit for you to use toward another purchase.

Our Fulfillment Team packs and ships orders Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm EST
A USPS tracking # is automatically assigned and details are emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hrs for your tracking to show up-to-date details and movement.
We offer USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days)
